Oiy veh! What A Week!!!

I wanted to take a moment and apologize for not posting. I have a tendency to shutdown when I am overloaded with stress, and I cannot cope with things. I have a lot going on in my personal life right now and am feeling down right now. I have been sick physically and it is starting to take a toll on my mental and emotional well being. The high pressure hose started leaking a week or so ago so I had to try to get it fixed this weekend and ended up spending the whole weekend fixing it.

I am also going through what I think is another heart hurt. I have been talking to someone who I was hoping would turn into something more, and just out of the blue he has stopped communicating with me. It is very weird and I don't know if I am just reading too much into it or my inner voice is telling me to not fall completely.

Anyways that is just two of the things I am stressing about this weekend. I am trying to catch up and I apologize to all of you.

  1. Wow, what a week indeed! I'm sorry to hear you have so much going on right now. I can certainly sympathize since I have been getting a bit run down myself with stress from school work, family, and a huge allergy problem that is causing me to just feel sick in general. It's hard to keep up with schoolwork when you have so much going on in your personal life. I'm glad you were able to take some time for yourself over the weekend and I hope it helped. It's important that you take time to regroup and get your feet back on solid ground before things really start to tailspin on you! Don't do what I do and let the process of getting caught up in school work get you stressed out all over again! It can be a vicious cycle lol. I hope things start looking up for you soon. :)

  2. I am so sorry you have had a "off" week. Honestly, by doing the exercises we are learning in class will help you feel better. You will get in contact with your inner self and beable to control your thoughts and emotions. Good luck and take care!
